The AAS degree in Early Childhood Education will prepare students to educate and care for children in early childhood settings.
This degree plan prepares students to work as child care workers, teaching assistants, preschool teachers, or administrators in education/childcare facilities.

The total number of children served by early learning programs across the state is
- Child Care Provider Assistant Certificate
- Associate of Arts in Teaching
- Associate of Arts in Child Development
- Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Early Childhood Education and Teaching
Students can immediately enter the workforce upon earning an Associate of Arts in Child Development degree. The Associate of Arts in Child Development can be transferred to a 4-year university and applied to a Bachelor's Degree.
