Mission Statement
Weatherford College Upward Bound motivates and prepares students who are underrepresented
in higher education through effective learning and cultural opportunities that enrich
the lives of its students.

Upward Bound Vision
WC Upward Bound's vision is to produce students who will influence their families
and communities because of their participation in educational, social, and cultural
services offered by the program. We will facilitate success in the high school classroom,
culminating with acceptance into an institution of higher education. Each student
will leave the program with the tools and knowledge to become a thriving college student
and citizen.
