The Information Technology (IT) department offers specialized courses for students who want to study and develop skills in the field of Information Systems, Web Development, Database Programming, and Cybersecurity. Our program is designed for students to dive into technical courses their freshman year and then complete required basic core courses during the summer and/or sophomore year. This prepares students for a valuable internship experience by having completed the most possible technical courses. We teach our classes both online and face
to face to meet the needs of all learning styles. Our courses are sequential and thus proper advising is critical for timely completion.

We offer a variety of industry certification prep courses with discounted exam vouchers. In addition, students can earn certificates to enhance job skills. The courses taken for certificates can seamlessly be applied to an A.A.S. Degree. The Information Technology A.A.S. Degree is then fully transferable into our B.A.A.S. in Organization Leadership.
