Weatherford College's Web Development Associate of Applied Sciences degree is designed to provide students the skills and knowledge required to use current web development tools and languages to develop websites.

Career Options

Some of the marketable jobs available to candidates who successfully complete this program are entry level positions such as: web designer, web programmer, web technology specialist, and a web application developer.

Employment of web developers and digital designers is projected to grow 8 percent from 2019 to 2029, much faster than the average for all occupations. Demand will be driven by the continued popularity of mobile devices and ecommerce.
