Every spring and summer semester (March- July), WC sonography students are enrolled in an OB/GYN course that has a lab component. The college offers free ultrasounds during this time for the community!
Summer 2026
From April 15 to July 29, we will have OB ultrasound appointments available on Monday or Wednesday mornings only (depending on the semester). If you are between 28-32 weeks, we will quickly attempt to get 3D/4D images for you after the students scan! If you are outside of this timeframe, we will only be able to obtain 2D images. Please, plan to be at the college for 60 minutes. There is no charge and you will have images printed out for you! Feel free to bring up to 2 guests.
If there are no listed appointment times on Monday mornings during the spring semester or Wednesday mornings during the summer semester, this indicates we are full that week. The appointment slots available are based on the student’s lab time and instructor availability.
You must meet these requirements in order to schedule an appointment:
- Be under the care of an OB/GYN physician and have had an ultrasound performed for this pregnancy at that facility
- At the time of your appointment, be between 18-34 weeks pregnant. If you will be under 18 weeks at the time of your appointment or over 34 weeks, your appointment will automatically be cancelled (an e-mail will be sent to alert you).
