Housing Payment Information
ATTENTION: Before the student can move in housing costs must be paid in full or set up on the payment plan.
- Housing charges can be paid online through the student's Coyote Connect account or in the Weatherford College Business Office each semester.
- Housing charges can be paid using financial aid, scholarships, and/or loans the student may receive.
- Financial Aid funds are applied to tuition, fees, bookstore charges, and housing/meal plan in that order. If financial aid does not cover the full housing/meal plan charges, the student must pay the remaining amount each semester.
- Students also have the option to set up a payment plan online through their Coyote Connect account (this payment plan includes both housing/meal plan costs and tuition). You must re-enroll in the payment plan each semester.
