Contests on 88.5 & 102.5 KMQX/The Coyote Radio are open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within the Coyote Radio listening area.
Employees, contractors, officers, Trustees and directors of Weatherford College, 88.5 & 102.5 KMQX/The Coyote Radio, and any family members, as well as any individuals employed by any other radio and televisions stations are not eligible to participate in the Contest or win the prize.
An individual may win only once (1) every fifteen (15) days. However, the same individual may not win more than one trip to a specific event. An individual may not win more than three (3) times in one month. Only one (1) winner per household is permitted in any contest.
If tickets to an event are awarded as a prize, 88.5 & 102.5 KMQX Radio/The Coyote Radio is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling of the event for any reason and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute the tickets for another prize should the event not be rescheduled. Should travel be part of the prize, 88.5 & 102.5 KMQX The Coyote Radio is not responsible for cancellations or delays in travel accommodations and has no obligation to reimburse, refund or otherwise substitute any tickets awarded as a part of a travel prize due to such cancellations or delays. BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, WINNERS ACCEPT THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK IN ANY TRAVEL OR TRANSPORTATION (INCLUDING TO/AND FROM THE ACTIVITY). SUCH RISK INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE EVENT IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY HAVE AN IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE IS PARTICIPATING IN AND HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES THAT THE SPONSOR AND RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/OR DEATH.
