I am truly grateful for the school I've chosen among all DMS programs in this entire country. I worked as a healthcare professional in Japan but decided to move to the US and study medical ultrasound in depth. The Diagnostic Medical Sonography program at Weatherford College has an outstanding course curriculum that well prepares students for real-life clinical situations, and amazing instructors who are extremely helpful, organized, and willing to solve any problems a student might have. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone who is interested in sonography!

From the moment I was interviewed for the DMS program at WC, I knew this is where I wanted to be. The program was intense, but the instructors are always there for you. I made great friends and really enjoyed the time I spent at Weatherford College. I was honored to be able to accept a full-time job offer from Baylor Scott and White All Saints Medical Center before graduating.

I’ve taken classes at multiple universities, but none were as caring or personal as the sonography program at WC. Kelly and Tessa take a genuine interest in the students and do everything in their power to guide you to success. It’s less of a program and more of a family. I couldn’t have been more satisfied with my experience and I’d highly recommend it to everyone!

My time in WC's Diagnostic Medical Sonography program more than prepared me for my role in the medical field. Weatherford College’s Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program provided me the hands-on training and educational knowledge for me to confidently pursue my career in Ultrasound. This program has also set the foundation for me to further my education in Healthcare Management in hopes of moving into administration later in my career.

My time in the program was nothing short of amazing. The amount of support and knowledge gained there exceeded my expectations. I graduated feeling fully prepared to start my new career. Once hired I took on WC sonography students at my job because I love keeping a connection with the program and I love being a person that students can relate with since I have already experienced what they are going through. I look back at my time at WC with such fond memories, and continue to grow friendships created there. I will forever bleed black and gold.

Definitely a rewarding experience to be a graduate from Weatherford’s Diagnostic Medical Sonography program! This program has opened me up to be more of a confident and bold person. I am thankful to all the faculty members of the program for their endless support and continuous effort. I felt like I was fully prepared to step into my career as a sonographer.

Weatherford College DMS program prepared me for my national registries and to be an independent competent ultrasound tech before I even graduated. The instructors really cared about us and pushed us to be the best we could be. I felt very prepared for a career in ultrasound. I am class of 2018 and am currently taking travel ultrasound assignments all over the country and having a blast.
