WC to host faculty, staff art show
Weatherford College faculty and staff will display their artistic skills in a special art show next week. The public is invited to a reception to view the art from 6 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 9, in the Alkek Fine Arts Center.
“We want to showcase the many talented faculty and staff at WC,” said art instructor Eben Hall, who organized the art show. “We’re hosting this event to make the community aware of the scope of abilities represented at the college.”
In addition to visual art pieces, staff will also perform music and other works of art. The art display will remain in Texas Hall through Nov. 17.
