Patsy Davis Memorial Scholarship established at WC

The family of Patsy Davis has established a new permanent scholarship endowment with the Weatherford College Foundation. The Patsy Davis Memorial Scholarship will be earmarked for Weatherford High School graduates studying fine arts or education.
