Auditions Saturday for summer productions
Community thespians ages 13 and older are invited to audition for Weatherford College’s upcoming Summer Stage productions of “The Tempest” and “The Three Little Pigs” this Saturday, May 6.
Auditions start at 1 p.m. in the Alkek Fine Arts Center for both shows and will include cold reads from the scripts. There is no cost associated with participating in these productions.
For Shakespeare's “The Tempest,” all roles are available except for Prospero and Caliban. Performance dates are June 9-11 and June 16-18.
“The Three Little Pigs” is a short production geared towards introducing young children to theatre. Performance dates are July 8, 9, 15 and 16.
